Armed with a keen interest in composition and the placement and flow of materials Laurie Vanina uses found objects to tell a story through color, shape and texture. The history of these simple items adds a level of depth that is an important component in her work. Laurie Vanina earned a BFA degree from California College of the Arts where she concentrated on Drawing and Painting.
