Artist Bio
April Lelia has been in United States since summer 2006 and has shown in her home country for may years. She is a prolific artist that works with natural, reclaimed and found objects. Leila would rather re-frame her art life as an immigrant, who never had formal education. She has shown through the Contemporary Art of Marin, sculpture garden in Seattle through COCOA, and many other local cities and communities.
Artist Statement
The nature of components in every ecosystem, which interacts and are linked together, are always fascinating and source of inspiration. With a little twist, some interaction in smaller ecosystem, are a reflection of human life.
